Shipping & Returns
6. Shipping and Customs Duty
6.1 All orders received by ''Arabian Luxuries Ltd'' are shipped subject to availability.
6.2 ''Arabian Luxuries Ltd'' reserves the right to ship products at a later date (up to 14 working days after purchase) where the product ordered is not in stock at the time of purchase. In this situation you will be contacted and offered a full refund instead of delivery of the product. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
6.3 ''Arabian Luxuries Ltd'' cannot be held responsible for disruption to shipping caused by industrial disputes or action outside our direct control. If such disruption occurs you will be offered delivery via an alternative delivery or Fulfilment Company or a full refund.
6.4 All the delivery charges are for the UK mainland only. For North America, Asia, Australia and Middle East ''Arabian Luxuries Ltd'' may demand extra shipping charges according to the order.
6.5 All the delivery charges offered by our website depend only on the weight of each perfume box, which are listed in the description.
7. Cancellation Rights, Returns and Refunds
7.1 Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have a right to cancel your purchase at anytime before the delivery. However, to exercise this right you must notify ''Arabian Luxuries Ltd'' in writing, (email or letter) within seven working days from the day after goods have been delivered. Please note the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 only apply to consumers, the regulations do not apply to business purchasers or individuals purchasing on behalf of a business.
7.2 The product/services provided on this site are without warranties of any kind either expressed or implied and Opulentperfumes.com disclaims all or any of them to the fullest extent. ''Arabian Luxuries Ltd'' does not warrant that the products/services offered will be error-free, or that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes it available are or will be free of viruses or other harmful components. Any warranties or After Sale Services if any offered by the Manufacturers/Vendors on any product shall be serviced directly by such Manufacturer/Vendor and Opulentperfumes.com shall not be under any obligation to ensure compliance or handle complaints.
7.3 As stated above notification of cancellation must be in writing, a telephone call is not a valid cancellation.
7.4 No right of cancellation, refund or return exists under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 once you have opened your product.
7.5 Please observe the following procedure for all returns to us:
7.5.1. On the back of your delivery note or on another piece of paper, (if you no longer have your delivery note), include your order number and the reason for the return.
7.5.2 Repackage the product in its original packaging, including any accessories, brochures, manuals, guarantees or warranties that came with the product. ''Arabian Luxuries Ltd'' will not issue a refund where the product is in an incomplete state.
7.6 If the original packaging surrounding the product has been damaged or destroyed ''Arabian Luxuries Ltd'' will only issue a refund if the product is being returned due to a defect. If the original packaging of a defective product has been damaged or destroyed you should ensure that the returned product is adequately packed for shipment back to us.
7.7 You are responsible for paying any postage or shipping costs incurred when returning the product.
7.8 We recommend that all returns be sent by registered post, so that a record of the return is available for you.
7.9 ''Arabian Luxuries Ltd'' will not issue refunds for any items lost or stolen in transit to us.
7.10 ''Arabian Luxuries Ltd'' will charge 50% administration fee for all refunds.
7.11 Where a return is lost or stolen in transit to us you should claim compensation from the company that shipped the return.
7.12 Subject to the above, ''Arabian Luxuries Ltd'' will refund the purchase price of a returned product within thirty days of receiving written notification of your intention to return the product.
